CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Appointment rescheduled past the 12 hour window require a late rescheduling fee. of $5 added to your check-out at your appointment. Appointments cancelled past the 12 hour window require a late cancellation of 50% of the service price. No-call no show appointments (10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment) will be charged the full price of the service.
